“No More Soggy Sandwiches” was the initial motivation behind bringing Perfect Sandwich to the marketplace. The idea behind Perfect Sandwich came years ago when the father of creator and founder, Will Archie, opted against taking a packed sandwich with him on a cross-country flight. When asked why, Will’s father replied, “I hate how warm and soggy sandwiches get after sitting out for a few hours!” And with that, Perfect Sandwich was born.

Americans consume more than 45 billion sandwiches every year—that’s about 200 sandwiches per person. Yet despite the popularity of this lunchtime staple, the method of transporting a sandwich had yet to evolve. With the growing number of consumers wanting to continue packing this budget-conscious meal choice, having a need to remain environmentally friendly and the desire to separate fresh ingredients from bread, Perfect Sandwich is the new solution for lunch on the go.

Of course, the idea has expanded to ensure that sandwich ingredients stay as safe as they are fresh. By keeping the perishable ingredients at or below the food safe recommended guideline of 40º F temperature, Perfect Sandwich ensures food-borne bacteria are no longer a problem when packing lunch. The guidelines for keeping lunches cold are particularly important when the lunch contains a sandwich with perishable items like eggs, roast beef, turkey, fish, poultry or other cooked meats.

PerfectCHILL cooling technology is a lab-tested solution that keeps the perishable contents of your sandwich at optimally cool temperatures until you are ready to eat. Founder Will Archie, confirmed: “Our PerfectCHILL cooling technology has been proven to keep the contents of your sandwich cool within the USDA guidelines of 40° F for approximately five hours, after which room temperature is not reached for almost eight hours.”
